Artistic and executive director
Artistic Director of Stefani Art Agency and Director of Golden Horse Production. A former rhythmic gymnastics competitor, as a circus artist, worked Russian swing act and Balance on Perch, and later Diving on Horses and High Wire in the Eshimbekov troupe.
Veneta participates in many international circus festivals, wins a number of awards. She has worked at the world-famous Ringling Bros. § Barnum and Bailey in the USA.
Veneta graduated from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts with a Master's degree in Art Manager in Performing Arts and Industries.
In 2003, Veneta and Lachezar created Stefani Art Agency, which quickly rose to become one of the world's leading circus agencies. Their artists dominate many famous international shows and have won awards at a number of festivals, including the Golden Clown at the Monte Carlo Festival in 2017, the Golden Elephant at the festival in Spain in 2023.
Founder Director
He began his circus career as a gymnastics competitor, and later joined some of the most difficult circus genres - the Russian Swing. He created the first private acrobatic troupe in Bulgaria on the Russian Swing, known as the " Troupe Stefani".
The company has been working around the world for 10 years, culminating in the company's career being a contract with the world's biggest circus – Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey – USA. In 1994 he won a gold prize at the "Spring Festival of Friendship" in Pyongyang (Korea) with the Stefani troupe, and as a participant in the Eshimbekov troupe - a gold prize at the International Circus Festival Golden Circus in Rome (Italy) in 2001, as well as first prize at the International Circus Festival in Massy (France).
He was invited to represent Bulgaria through Stefani Art Agency in the world's largest International Cultural Forum in St. Petersburg Russia.
Lachezar Stefanov is a member of the international jury of the international circus festivals in Wiquao and Wuhan (China) and Hanoi (Vietnam).

Former acrobatic circus performer with tours in Europe, Asia and USA (including Las Vegas).
Currently a manager of a successful gymnastics and dance business.
